so, a couple of weeks back I commissioned an artist for a picture of two OCs a roleplaying partner and I use on a regular basis, all was well. I wait about a week (which is the amount of time she told me it would take to draw the picture) so I contacted her and she told me it would only be two or three more days.... so I waited two or three more days. Then I contact her again though she isn't responding to my message. So I had to contact her on another site through a fake account. It turns out... she has barely even started on the picture, and offered to refund my money. Well, she then proceeded to refuse to refund my money, telling me "
